SAFETY

Your safety is our #1 priority.  Any use of equipment and/or props is prohibited without the instructor. If you are interested in group classes, we require taking the Reformer Class Prep Package first in order to take group reformer classes.

PARKING

There is a small parking lot in the front of the two story building. Park in the two main areas. Do Not park in the two tandem spots to the left when you drive in. There is also street parking. And paid parking in the lot next door off of Queen St.

Arriving At The Studio

Please arrive as close to your scheduled session so there are not many students congregating at the same time. Fascial masks are optional during your session or class. Have a seat outside and place your shoes on the shoe rack or you can put them in the lockers provided, put on your grip socks before entering the studio. Please wait outside and we will invite you in at your appointment time. As a courtesy of others please silence your cell phone unless it’s extremely important. Notify your instructor. Please take all important calls outside so as to not disturb others.

What To Wear

Any tops or bottoms that are breathable and comfortable.  We require full foot grip socks that have a grip bottom or you can purchase them at the studio. No hospital socks or toeless grip socks are allowed.

What To Bring

Feel free to bring water in a non glass container and a sweat towel.

Duet, Trio or Quad Sessions

If one of the participants in the sessions cancels with more than 24 hours notice, the other participants may take another individual, duet, or trio session for the full price of that session or cancel the duet 24 hours in advance. If one of the participants cancels late (less than 24 hours notice), the other participant(s) may take an individual, duet, or trio session at no additional cost and the participant canceling late is charged for the duet as scheduled.

Medical Clearance                                        

We respect your privacy, however, we do require medical clearance written by your doctor in the event you are attending sessions and/or classes following a recent injury, pre/post pregnancy, surgery etc...

Studio Policies

  • All sessions are approximately 50 minutes

  • The session begins at the appointment time, not at the time of arrival

  • Cell phones must be on silence or vibrate

  • No children or animals in the studio unless authorization is given prior to session.

  • Please arrive perfume and fragrance free

  • Studio reserves the right to assign a substitute teacher. 

  • Class schedule is subject to change. 

  • No open studio policy- no use of machines unattended

  • Please notify us of any changes in your health/medical condition

  • Appropriate attire must be worn (due to the nature of a full body pilates workout; dance pants, bike shorts or sweats with undergarments are recommended

  • No shoes/slippers OR bare feet are allowed in the main studio workout area

  • Full toe grip socks must be worn at all times. Barefoot is not allowed in the main workout area. 

  • No glassware - glass cups, glass containers, etc in the main studio workout area 

Scheduling:

  • Because classes fill up quickly, we encourage you to schedule your reformer classes in advance with our easy online scheduling system on our website or download the Vagaro app.

  • All individual, duet, trio and quad sessions are by appointment. Please call the studio to schedule direct.

Refunds:

  • Sessions are non-transferable for other services or to someone else

  • Sessions are non-refundable

  • Only one student per package

  • All packages have a 3 month expiration

  • We reserve the right to refuse service.

Cancellations:

All classes and sessions require a 24 hour cancellation to avoid full charge of the session / class regardless of illness. You may cancel your class online through the website or Vagaro app.  All individual, duet, trio or quad sessions, one of the participants must call or text to cancel the session. Our cancellation policy allows all of our clients availability to schedule in a timely manner.

Rescheduling:

There is no option to reschedule if the class or session is within the 24 hour cancellation window regardless of illness. It will be considered a late cancel and the full amount of the session will be charged. The only exception is the client being admitted to the hospital via the ER.
