If you've never tried pilates and wanted to experience it and also find out how it can transform your body, this is a great way to speak to our certified instructors, answer any questions, discuss goals, and package options and get moving. Individual sessions provide a personalized 50-minute Pilates experience designed specifically to address your unique fitness goals and preferences. Each session emphasizes individualized attention to ensure maximum benefit and progress in your practice. Please remember that all sessions and packages expire three months from the date of purchase, and scheduling must be done directly the studio.

Tier 1 Director Rate - New Student Consult Session- $150 - If you would like to train with Diana in Pilates, the GYROTONIC® Method or Personal Training, this is the appropriate option to be assessed if you’re experiencing any chronic or acute pain or issues in your body, short or long term.
