Safety

Your safety is our #1 priority.  Any use of equipment and/or props is prohibited without the Instructor. If you are interested in group classes, we require taking the Intro To Reformer Class Prep Package first in order to take group reformer classes.

Parking

There is a small parking lot in the front of the two story building. Park in the two main areas. Not the two tandem spots in between the buildings. There is also street parking.

Arriving At The Studio

Please arrive as close to your scheduled session so there are not many students congregating at the same time. Fascial masks are optional during your session or class. Have a seat outside and place your shoes on the shoe rack, put on your grip socks before entering the studio. Please wait outside and we will invite you in at your appointment time. As a courtesy of others please silence your cell phone unless it’s important. Let your instructor know.

What To Wear

Any tops or bottoms that are breathable and comfortable.  We require socks with a sticky bottom or you can purchase them at the studio. 

What To Bring

Feel free to bring water and a sweat towel.

Classes

If there is only one person signed up for class, the class will be cancelled or the participant may either reschedule to another class day and time or take a private session for and additional charge ($45).

Duet Sessions

If one of the participants in the duet cancels with more than 24 hours notice, the other participant may take a private session for the full price of an individual session or cancel the duet 24 hours in advance. If one of the participants cancels late (less than 24 hours notice), the other participant may take a private session at no additional cost and the participant canceling late is charged for the duet as scheduled.

Cancellation                                                      

All classes and sessions require a 24 hour cancellation to avoid full charge of the session / class. You may cancel your session online through the website or app.  This is done to give all our clients an opportunity to schedule.

Medical Clearance                                        

We respect your privacy, however, we do require medical clearance in the event you are attending sessions and/or classes following an injury, pre/post pregnancy, etc...

Refunds                                                            

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable for other services or to someone else. Only one student per package. All packages expire 3 months from purchase date.
